About Melissa Beeck

Melissa Beeck, President of Changing Expectations, has a tremendous talent for connecting with her audience. Having over two decades of Human Resources experience in both the profit and not for profit sectors, Melissa utilizes her innate ability to motivate people in order to bring about organizational change.

Melissa has a B.S. in Human Resources Management from Kings College in Wilkes-Barre, PA. She is also a member of Toastmasters International and possesses various training certifications.

Before starting Changing Expectations, Melissa held challenging Human Resource positions from Organizational Recruiter to Workers' Compensation Specialist, Human Resources Manager to Director of Human Resources.

Throughout these positions, Melissa has always been passionate about improving performance through education and training. Her motto, "people don't know what you expect of them unless you teach them", resonates with her audience both personally and professionally.
